GetParentRoundAbout error in iwtrace.log

During execution of workflows, these errors are coming in iwtrace.log. Unable to find the real cause of the issue.

Error 1. "GetParentRoundabout(self=0x693d72,area=0x5ba671) no valid child informaion_management found in dir 0x68ca27". At the same time when this error is logged in, this error is coming in servletd_out.log "BusinessSite - Bad version path". From servletd_out.log, unable to find exact point where this is occuring, but mainly it is occurring in Open-deploy phase or near to it. But no errors are seen in open-deploy logs.

Error 2. "TFSE::GetParentRoundabout(self=0x667547, area=0x344a06) - no path".

When do these kind of errors come.

These errors imply that there's something wrong with your content store. While the deployment may be the trigger, it doesn't appear as though it has anything to do with OD.

What's your TS version?

I suggest running an iwfsck to check the integrity of your content store. Looks like some internal node linking got blown up. If you do get problems, there's a utility (iwfsfix) you can use to attempt to rectify them. Don't use this unless your content is backed up, you're not running this directly on production, and you have some understanding of what you're doing. If you do get problems and you're not sure what to do about them, you can post back here but content store problems are usually support-ticket territory.

As for the BusinessSite message, that might be a secondary consequence of the main problem, but it's a LiveSite Java class. If you want to troubleshoot that one specifically, you'll have to use log4j.xml (or /iw-cc/command/iw.base.loggers) to bump up debug logging on that and surrounding classes.
