Page is not visible on runtime

Hi,

Platform:

TeamSite/LiveSite: 7.4.1

Platform: Windows Server 2012

IIS: 8.0

We are deploying livesite pages on runtime on windows platform. The deployment is getting successful and pages are getting deployed on runtime environment.

But when we try to hit the URL http://localhost:<port>/site/page/path, nothing is getting dispayed.

The site folder is also not visible at IIS level. We tried to add the site folder into IIS, but could not do so.

Do we need to do any additional configurations at IIS level?

Our assumption is that it's been done internally during installation of runtime. The steps for IIS6.0 configuration has been mentioned in the installation guide but there is nothing as such for IIS 8.0.

Any pointers in terms of IIS/runtime configuration will be helpful.

Hi Nipper,

I am getting 500 internal server error after hitting the http://servername Smiley Tongue ort/.

I checked the C:\Interwoven\LiveSiteDisplayServices\log but there is no log file under this folder.

I do not see any other log file being generated in the installation folder.

We have not installed LSCS. But the inventory file is showing content as below:

It's .NET implementation. We are using IIS8.0.

I would suggeest calling support. I have not done any DotNet LSDS implementations.

Hi,

By default, PLC deploys to "runtime/web" folder under LSDS-home.

But support is suggesting to deploy under "webroot" folder under LSDS-home. Is it specific to .NET implementation?

I just wanted to know what is the difference between the runtime and webroot folder as I didn't get any explanation from support.
