we can't find the particular xml file in the location mentioned above

Did you read the post I linked? Yes, integrations with thirdparty applications is almost always possible in some shape or form, but it's not as easy as turning on a flag in a config file somewhere. You have to build the integration yourself, and/or hire someone that knows a lot about one or both products to help you. The folks on these forums can only answer pointed technical questions -- we're not here to help you refine requirements or provide working code. My suggestion would be to go back to your client/boss/whoever and get detailed requirements around what they'd like the products to do, then come up with a basic design, and then post questions back here with detailed questions and environment details.

And you need to decide what "integrating with LiveSite" means.

What functionality are you looking for ?

Are you expecting LiveSite to build a Jive intranet site (or other portal) ?
