Entity Database in cluster environment.

I'm to recreate the entity database on our PROD server which is a 2-node cluster environment. If I'm not wrong, to recreate the EDB we have to rename the iw-home\local\entities folder to entities.bak and reboot the server which will create the new folder and EDB.

I'm wondering if its the same in a cluster environment, considering the secondary node getting activated when the primary node is rebooted? Is it the same procedure in Clustered environment or any different?
Please advice.
