Apache Server getting down in TS 7.2

Hi All,

Currently we are using Teamsite 7.2 and we have serious of issues in previewing the teamsite files. So, we will restart the apache server in fixing the issue. But my query is, why the apache server is getting down unusually at times?

Can anyone help on this please. Thanks in advance.

This is not an issue I have heard of before. I would start digging through the logs.

We also have the same issue with Teamsite 7.2 where the apache server goes down monthly once and file preview functionality issues arise

We get the below in apache server logs frequently
)Broken pipe: core_output_filter: writing data to the network

does this cause the server crash..

any ideas to debug will be helpful..
