Preview Service

Sometimes , when I try to preview in TeamSite, it does not work and I get somekind of error stating iw.preview.....

 

Is Preview a separate service ? I dont see this service in Servuces. How can I turn on or off this service ? If I am getting preview error, where should I start to look ?

You can start looking in server.log, content_center.log files. If it is a tpl then you can check for errors in it. It's not a separate service afaik. Next time when it occurs post the error log.
