Integrate Teamsite 6.5 with Sharepoint

We need to work on developing portal using sharepoint and the content needs to deployed from existing Teamsite 6.5 .

I need to know do we have any .net based api to interact Teamsite 6.5 with sharepoint?

The answer is probably "no" as I don't think HP provides any APIs for Sharepoint, nor do I think Sharepoint provides any APIs for TeamSite.

If you can provide a much more detailed explanation of what you are trying to accomplish, someone here might be able to suggest an approach.

We have following req:
1.) Need to deploy the content from Teamsite to webserver/appserver and sharepoint app can consume the content to show on the portal--I think this can be achieved.
2.) Need Sharepoint to integrate with the Teamsite and can have access on the filesystem.

Your second requirement kinda conflicts with the first one. Typical iwov architecture has unidirectional content deployments to the runtime (sharepoint in this case). If that's how you're building it, there should be no reason for sharepoint to reach back into TeamSite. If you absolutely need this kind of two-way communication, you could potentially compile the CSSDK web service into .NET stubs, but I'd sooner rethink your architecture first.

You could generate out from teamsite as rss and have sharepoint consume the rss onto a page.

For documents, you could push from your Teamsite server into the sharepoint's document center. You do not have to move files in and out of sharepoint document center using the sharepoint interface, just use the \\server\documentcenter and see where you can browse to get the filesystem.
