Using iw-ostream

Gidday All,

When generating my Newsroom Index page, I also generate two email newsletters 1 in text format and the other in HTML they are saved to a separate file.

Now the newsletters only generate if the press release date matches the date of the page is generated.

Now my question is If the Index page is generated twice on a prticular date the newsletters produced by iw ostream are not re-generated how can I force this.

The workaround is to delete the newsletters and generate the index page again. Im thinking I could check and see if the newsletters for that day exist, and delete them via my tpl before doing iw ostream.

Hmmmm

Page regeneration will only write the page if it differs to the existing one.

iw_ostream shouldnt really play a part in your problem here.

If it should be different then you may have a logic problem in your code
