Store is frozen

Hi, first time seeing this issue. What might be the cause? it is not showing out of space or even there is no problem with licence because the service is running. Just came today morning and the templates are not saving. We didn't change any settings or updates from last 3 months. Any suggestion to check for the error?

Env : TS 6.7.2 Service Pack 2, Windows

What do you see in trace log?

No specific error. Is there any other location or specific error need to be checked? Everything is working fine except the saving.

Just unfreezed it and working now. Not sure, why this happend - everything is working fine. Thank you guys.
