Sitemap editing in new TeamSite UI

Been looking around in the new TeamSite Ui (in ugly Autonomy colors) but it seems you can't edit the sitemap in that interface. Anybody that can confirm this?
Most annoying, the users can edit and create a new site but can't edit the sitemap, so typical

You say "New TeamSite UI" What version is "new"?

Can you even see the SiteMap? If you can see it but you can't change it, perhaps it's locked?

I assume he means the new "TeamSite" UI - in 7.3.1 (or higher) that essentially (though not explicitly) replaces CCStd.
