ReviewTask issue in WFM

Hi,

We have requirement to use 12 reviewers in workflow. We use ReviewTask with groups for review purpose. We are able to initiate & work on workflow with 6 ReviewTask with group, but if we use more than 6 ReviewTask with group we are unable to initiate workflow and we get error.

Are you manually creating 12 review tasks? Are they required to be in a specific order? (your attachments didn't come through)

I believe you can set a minimum number of reviewers in the group, and the workflow will create a review task for each person selected in the instantiation screen.

Yes we created 12 ReviewTask maually. Yes they required in specific order.
For developement purpose we can set min no.of users in group, but client may use more no.of users in group so we can't do that option.

2) 12 is variable, value from config file. We can change any no in config and initiate workflow
3) I tried with UserTask that's working fine, even 7 ReviewTask with users as reviewer working fine. But 7 review task with group as reviewer is not working, even any one has group rest has user also giving issue.
4) I tried the senario what you mentioned, that gives issue without any issue.

I'm using WorkflowModeler 1.0.1.0, will that give any issue. Can anyone tell what's the latest modeler version.

I believe you have the lasted version of WFM designed to work with your version of TeamSite. If / when you upgrade to 7.3.1 (or later) - WFM becomes a browser-based application (no client install required).
