Workflow jobs ended

Hi,

There were some workflow jobs ended on our production server.
The users have confirmed that they did not end the jobs.
I was looking in the server logs but can not find anything relevant. Can this be tracked that how or who ended these jobs (I am having the job IDs for analysis).

If WorkFlow completes all it's tasks and reaches end task, It automatically ends with out user intervention.

If you know the jobid's - you should be able to search the IWHOME/local/logs/iwevents.log for some information about the transitions executed with regard to that job.

We were able to track that and found that user from different team has ended the jobs.
Can we place restrictions where users can end only the jobs that they own and not from other users? Can that be achieved by creating custom roles?

Yes and no.

By default, I believe uses can only End jobs that they created.
However Masters (and I believe Admins) can End any job they choose and, at least for Masters, I don't believe there is any way to prevent it.
