I am trying to explore ootb dcr localization feature and how to enable it in teamsite .Can anyone suggest me on the same.

In the branch config (same place as where you configure role assignments) you'll have a "locales" option. Add your locales there, and set one as the "master".
Then, when you create a DCR, you can use Actions > Localize to create copies in one or more sub-locales and it'll also copy any localizable dependencies. E.g. if your master locale is English and child locales are French and Spanish, then you create the DCR in English first and then when localizing, you'll be given checkboxes for French and Spanish.
There's also the Actions > Monitor Localization screen that does some helpful things.
