TeamSite Connector for MediaBin is not working

Hi,

We have installed Teamsite 7.5 on a Windows 2012 Server and MediaBin 8.2 on another Windows 2012 Server

When I try to configure TeamSite Connector to connect to the MediaBin Server using guest account which I have created on MediaBin Server, I am getting the following error

"The MediaBin guest user logon failed. The user name or password may be invalid"

I have verified the credentials of the user and it is correct.

Do we have any other configuration/setting in TeamSite for this connection to setup.

Any help would be appreciated

Which protocol are you using Http or HTTPs?
