TeamSite 7.5 preview/edit performance

Dear All,

We have migrated a installation from TeamSite 7.4.1.1 to 7.5 and in general the edit/preview mode of SitePublisher seems slower. This is indeed shown when looking at the results from Firebug. It seems that mode_security has been implemented in Apache but disabling this may little different.

The root cause at present look like each request is waiting a long time(wait in FireFox), comapred to TS 7.4.1.

Anyone else seen this issue ?

It seems that the initial edit URL testing locally :-

http://localhost/iw-cc/Site/Page/Edit.do?

on 7.4.1.1 - wait = 750ms and receive = 0ms

on 7.5 wait = 1.66s and receive = 3ms

So where is the bottlneck on 7.5 ? Is this a result of a 64bit JVM and 1.5GB process!?

Have you looked through the 7.5 thread - several folks discussed a slow-down and a procedure for "fixing" it - I believe with regard to one of the apache modules...
