Creating new field for meta data

We have a metadata capture form, which opens up when a workflow is triggered.

How can I add a field to this metadata form ?  there is a datacapture.cfg available to create DCT for metadata, which is in location iw-home/local/config

I checked this DCT, but it does not have fields that are in metadata form which comes up when wf is triggered. Is this a different kind of DCT ? How can I find details of this DCT ?

Additional rulesets can be stored in local/config/tagui/rulesets60. Yours is probably in there.
