Get JobID while using iwat

Hi,

I am using iwat to register a trigger for taking the group task in a workflow. The task triggers an email in which I need to get the Job and the Task IDs for which this event is triggered.

I am able to send this email. The only thing that I am stuck with is getting the JobID and TaskID so that I can include it in the email being sent. I have tried logging all the arguments that I am getting from the trigger IPL. However, there are no clear Job and Task IDs which I get. That being said, the 6th and the 8th arguments I get are something like "0x3d2" which I am not sure what object's reference they represent.

RTFM but couldn't find anything relevant. Please provide pointers if you've done this before or if you know how it can be done.

The jobid and taskid values are hex-encoded when received as arguments by iwat - if you're using Perl - just convert them with the built-in hex function. - e.g.:

my $jobid = hex $ARGV[6];

In your case:

% perl -le 'print hex 0x3d2'
2424
