controlhub iwui process eating up 93% CPU

I am having issues with the main ControlHub process and we are seeing it eat up 93% of our CPU.  We have contacted HP various times and they have not been able to help us.  Has anyone seen this happen to their ControlHub server ?  We are running CAPS 3.0.1.  The only way to fix this issue is to shut down the app and bring it back up.

Was this the case all the time, is there any extenal script which you added recently which is taking up the services? i.e any extrnal Java code.
