You'd have to look in the ApplicationContainer's server log for a full stack trace. The message you posted is too generic to diagnose.
Try preserving the line breaks in your paste next time, that was awful to read through
Looks like you're probably still in the admin console while testing your workflow? TeamSite doesn't work too well with multiple tabs open. Make sure TeamSite actually things you're in CCPro/TeamSiteUI before actioning your workflow and that should resolve the issue.
Hi,
My apologies for the lengthy log.
We are in CCPro view only while invoking the workflow. I have tried it again now.
Can this happen because of some missing jars necessay to instantiate the workflow.
Please suggest on this.
Thanks,
Felicia
Have you opened a support case? Why people only rely on DevNet is a mystery to me. There are a lot of very specific system libraries you need in order to get 7.5 working properly.
Yes, we have opened a support case as well.
We wanted to check if anyone on devnet has faced a similar issue.

I have also seen this error in 7.3.2 when the workarea was initially marked as private. Using the command line tools, check the perms and private status on branch /iwadmin/iwconfig/main/workflowModels (this is a hidden branch) all the way down to WORKAREA/iw-wa/iw-g11n/config.properties (I may have that path slightly wrong). Somewhere somehow, your user doesn't have read access to that file.
In most cases, I was able to fix the perms via the CLTs but if you can't, recreating the branch is also an option.
