Couple questions:
1. Using the default views for discussion board (Subject and Flat views) because anytime I mess around with a new view, the site looks a mess. When I have alerts turned on, how do I get it so the person's email address (person who posts or modifies a discussion message) show up in the email?
2. Does anyone know how to setup outlook so when you reply to the message, it posts to the board AND sends an email to the end user? I know how to do both, but can't figure out to do a quick step that would do both "post reply" and "reply" to email of user.
I know #2 can be solved by telling the end user to turn on alert's for themseleves, but trying to configure this so we don't have to instruct others to do anything else (i.e. create their own alerts)
