TeamSite not reading available_models.xml file

SonaliKulkarni

Hello,
The list of workflows listed in available_models.xml is not available for me.I can only see the submit workflow on submit while other workflows are not present which were present before.

Anyone has a clue on how to have this resolved.

Thanks.

Without seeing the file and knowing your userid, present branch, and role(s) you have on that branch it's rather difficult for anyone here to diagnose for you.

The default OOTB Submit Workflow comes from the available_workflows.cfg file in IWHOME/local/config - not the available_models.xml which is stored within the /iwadmin store and generally accessed for viewing and editing via the TeamSite Admin UI.

It's possible that there's a typo in the available_models.xml file that is preventing it from allowing anyone to run a WFM - but as you've given us so little contextual information ... we cannot tell.

Thanks for your inputs. It works now.Was a small error of closing brackets in the available_models.xml.

If you're on 7.x, I suggest using the Admin Console to make modifications to this file next time. Upon save, it will do well-formedness checks and validate against the XSD.
