custom EAs in eamanifest.xml

I am using tha attached eamanifest.xml inside a SPAR

When installing the SPAR, I see just the first EA properly set (TeamSite/Templating/DCR/Type) or the other "standard", but not my custom_EA.
Am I doing something wrong or is it not a good way for setting this EA?

According to SP dev guide, it seems you can add your custom EA in this file.
