Workflow initiation using iwmodelc command

Hi,

We are using Team site 7.1.0 version on Unix box.
I am trying to initiate a workflow using iwmodelc command in a shell script.
Given below is the command in the shell script:
/apps/Interwoven/TeamSite/bin/iwmodelc -i "workflow name" "work area path"

When i am running this script as root user the job is getting created but while trying to run this script as a user having admin access i am getting error. Given below is the error :

Error: file not found: /opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/servletd/conf/ssl_cert/private/key.pem

Is "iwmodelc" CLT should only be run as root user? Is there a way to run this CLT as non root user?

You should be able to do it as any TeamSite user, last I checked. Where's the rest of that stack trace? Also, did you check that those other users have access to read your key file? (/opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/servletd/conf/ssl_cert/private/key.pem)

Only iwts had read access on file "(/opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/servletd/conf/ssl_cert/private/key.pem", none of the other user has access to this file. I am not sure if we can give read access to this files for other users.

You can verify the permission from your other TeamSite environment and see if they also have the same user and group permission on this file.

FYI, I have 664 permission set on key.pem file with owner as iwui and group as nobody with TeamSite version 7.2.1

Well there's (most likely) your problem and answer. If you can't grant them read access, then you won't be able to launch workflows as any but the root/iwui user.
