Media Bin Cloud Upload File error

Hi all,
We are trying to upload a file to teh MEdia Bin server in the Cloud.
We can successfully use WebClient.UploadFile, but whenever we use WebCLient.UploadData we get a 500 error from the server.
We are posting to FileUpload.ashx
Any ideas?
