Preview is not workinig when restrcited workarea

Hi

I have given particular group access to one workarea but i was unable to preview html file and SUN error log throwing following error

trying to GET /iw-mount/wholesale/main/Ipvs/WORKAREA/content/zz_tst_swapnil_0_1349259941496_swapnil_preview.htm, parse-html reports: Unable to open /.iwmnt/wholesale/main/Ipvs/WORKAREA/content/zz_tst_swapnil_0_1349259941496_swapnil_preview.htm for reading

I can see the manifest file is generated properly but not displaying browser and throwing 404.

Is there any permission issue and we need to do more?

What OS?

If this is a Windows implementation, you might be running into a problem with the (if memory serves correctly) "TeamSite Web Preview" group not having access to that branch / workarea.

You may have to ensure that "iwui" has access to the workarea - try adding that account to the group for which the workarea was restricted and see if that helps.

If you see the second enter the manifest file removes zz_tst_iwadmin_2
& it has called /.iwmnt/wholesale/main/Ipvs/WORKAREA/content/1349949824549_iwadmin_preview.htm from server which it was unable to get.
