Common Services Database Issue

Hi All,
We have Faced an issue recently, where Common Services and Report Center DB was not Accessible (due to password expired). Thus configuration tab was not loading in TS UI. Roles were not populating for newly added users as per the assigned groups.
After follow up with DBA, the DB is now accessible (validated thru connecting as well as logs of common services)
But still the corresponding roles are not populated for the users, after adding them in specific groups.
Can some one from this forum validate if we need to restart the TS after the DB activity happened.
If yes, only TS restart is enough or anything else is required too?
Env details:
SunOS 5.10
TS 7.2

I would suggest restarting jboss first to see if that solves the problem, and if not, then do a restart of iwserver.

Yes, it's required. TS doesn't automatically retry connecting after the initial startup. Bouncing JBoss should be sufficient, provided you're sure to have updated the password in all relevant config files.
