MediaBin 4.6.2-Exception in Primitive{1E885AE1}

Hi,
When we try to load PDFs to MediaBin 4.6.2, many times the files will not load and the following error message shows up -- PrintThread: Warning - Print-out never showed up. Exception in Primitive {1E885AE1}! Reason=Problem in RIP.,Messsage=PDFDecoder:Error ripping page content. I am not sure what the error means. Has anyone else run into this?

I have experienced this before.

I believe your CSF Writer is blocked - check the status of your CSF Printer

Try deleting all the docs in the queue and there will be one doc that will not delete.

The only way to remove such a stuck doc is by hand.

Stop the windows print spooler :
net stop spooler

Delete the temp files of the spooler :
del C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.* /Q

Start the windows spooler again :
net start spooler

And then PDFs will import correctly again to MediaBin
