I have already RTFM

Env-> TS 7.3.1, LSCS RT 7.3.1, LSDS RT 7.3.1, OD 7.3.1, WIN Server 2008 R2 64-Bit, Tomcat

Is there any documentation, KB article where I can get the latest information on how to query LSCS 7.3.1 services?

Look for the file:
lscs_71_tech_ref_v01_en.pdf

That document has most of the LSCS queries listed. It's too bad Interwoven doesn't update their documents to the latest version when a new version comes out.
