I am using web method SetWorkspaceProperties within an SSIS job to update profile fields for a workspace. The profiled field gets updated successfully, but the method returns an error of 'Object reference not set to an instance of the object'.

Also, the folders and files within the workspace have not automatically updated with the profile information - is there a refile web method to force this, or does it have to be done programmatically for each folder and file under the workspace?

There's a refile.aspx, but I've not tried it for Workspaces
