Domain Name missing in Teamsite login

Hi All,

We did not specify any domain names in iw.cfg so it was picking up all the available domains and showing the domains in teamsite login screen.
But now one particular domain which was displaying is missing suddenly.

So to check if there is any problem in that particular domain we mentioned domain_list in iw.cfg and then the domain was loaded in TS login and we were able to login successfully.

Not sure why the particular domain alone is skipped when we dont specify domain in iw.cfg. If there is some problem with Domain then how does it get connected if we mention it.

Can anyone please help and shed some light on this

If we don specify any domains how will teamsite pick up the available domains.. Our server is Windows 2003.. How can we check the available domains in the server..

This all happens by the magic of Active Directory. Once your machine is joined to a domain, it asks the domain controller for the list of "user" domains. If you still see other domains in your list, then your connection to AD is still ok. Something must have changed on the domain controller, to which only your network admins likely have access to inspect and troubleshoot.
