startdeploy username password error

Environment[indent]TS/OD/LSDS/LSCS Linux[/indent]Issue[indent]I am trying to run the following command (as root - vpaths shortened for posting):

% cd /usr/Interwoven/LiveSiteCSAuth/authoring/bin
% ./startdeploy.sh -StartDeploy_TsAreaDiffArea ".../STAGING" -StartDeploy_TsAreaDiffPreviousArea ".../EDITION/INITIAL" -StartDeploy_DeploymentMode production

It works just fine on our DEV box, but on the PROD box it throws an exception:

So - okay, somewhere there's a username / password issue that needs to be fixed.[/indent]My question is: Where should I be looking? What file?

Note - this only affects startdeploy.sh being run from the command line, PLC workflow deployments work okay.

I am on LS 7.1 so this might not be useful to you at all, but i would suggest looking at deployment-source.properties which in 7.1 is under /usr2/Interwoven/LiveSiteCSAuth/authoring/etc/deployment/config
It has username and password settings under CSSDK PROPERTIES section. Check if this is valid and have access to initiate a deployment. I have also seen cases where the recent password encryption had issues which caused AuthenticationException.

YES! That was the file I was looking for. I thought it was "deployment.properties" but that didn't help me - it was "deployment-source.properties - and yes, the encrypted password there was incorrect.
