Invalid Tag Registry was recorded in trace.log which cause Teamsite Service went down

The below code is in the iwtrace.log which recorded before the Teamsite Services went down.

I suggest you open a case with Support - you should also (before or after doing that) run
iwfsck -d
on your backing store, preferably with the TeamSite server down or at least with the backing stores frozen. The output should be redirected into a file - which you should examine, and provide to Support.
