Invalid Tag Registry was recorded in trace.log which cause Teamsite Service went down

The below code is in the iwtrace.log which recorded before the Teamsite Services went down.

Can you please suggest what exactly the "Invalid tag 0x1589330 in tag registry" is?

I suggest you open a case with Support - you should also (before or after doing that) run iwfsck -d on your backing store, preferably with the TeamSite server down or at least with the backing stores frozen. The output should be redirected into a file - which you should examine, and provide to Support.
