Teamsite UI is not coming up

Hi All,

I have updated some java and jar files in customer_src folder and ran maketoolkit ipl, then I am not able to see teamsite UI.

We are using Teamsite 7.3.2 on Redhat Linux. If anyone knows the solution for this issue please help us to bring back Teamsite UI. please find attached server.log below. Apart from this log I dont see any error in other logs.

Non of the errors in the log really indicate what is wrong. I would remove you Java and try again. You may be able to pinpoint the issue that way.

We have already removed all the custom java code and jar files from customer_src folder and ran maketool kit again. Still getting the same errors in servr.log file.

And what may have happened is someone else loaded some changes (possibly long ago) but never rebuilt the UI.

You may have to reinstall the webapps. Not a great option, but there is a script in TeamSite/install/install_webapps.ipl

I do not remember the exact invocation off hand.

This issue is resolved now. I have removed all the temporary files from tmp folder and work folder in jboss server then restarted the server.
