Autonomy Business Analytics tool

This question may be in wrong forum. But I could not find better place to post it.
I would like to know, any expert here who has proposed or implemented data analytic requirement for their client with Autonomy tools.
We have similar requirement from manufacturing client and we would like to know if that can be provide through Autonomy.

Following is the requirement.
1. Interaction with OEM and external data source
2. Data analysis from social networks
3. Presentation in graphical form, chart to the user

I have researched on some like IDOL, Social Media Governance. But not very sure about these products.
Any input on this is really appreciated.
