I'm not sure that there's a single right answer, but I believe (from my own limited experience) that installing both LSCS & LSDS on the App server makes sense (in my customer's case, they are using 7.2.1 on Linux with WebSphere).
Based on a number of posts in the forums, it's also reasonable to sometimes have LSCS installed on a different server than LSDS - it depends a lot on the overall architecture you're attempting to provide / support.

Thanks for info.
Can we use PLC workflow to deploy LSCS and LSDS (Both are install different servers) means
While publishing any content LSCS content will go to serverA and LSDS content will go to serverB.

The answer is probably yes (I say 'probably' because that's not what I'm doing, but I believe that it should be do-able) - it's a question of configuration.
Read trough the manuals, search the forums, check for KBs on the Support site.
Then, if you still cannot get it to work, post details of what you tried and what results (errors, etc) you got.
