A bit more background would be helpful, however - assuming you're talking about two distinct servers, both of which are running the same OS, where one is running 6.5 and the other 6.7.2 and that you want to preserve history and such ... yes. The first tool that comes to mind is iwmigrate - I suggest you read the manuals, search the forums, and also look for KB's on the Support site regarding this utility.
