Not able to trigger deployments

Hi,
We have configured new Teamsite(7.2.1) and OD servers. We have copied all the configuration files from old server to the new one.
Teamsite servers are running successfully but we are not able to start new deployments from teamsite, although if we start the deplyment using the CLT , it works fine.

In the admin tab when we see permission of a user under user managment tab we are are getting below error.

"Deployment specific access options cannot be viewed because OpenDeploy is currently unavailable.
These options will become visible and selectable once OpenDeploy becomes accessible."
I have attached the snap shot of the error.
do i need to do any more configurations to make OD accessible.

Just a thought - did you make sure that the ODHOME/etc/deploy.cfg references the correct teamsite.version information?
If not, and you have to change it, try restarting OD and see if that helps?
