iwlsruntime service install

I am trying to install LSDS as a windows 2008 service, so it will starts automaticaly.

I am using the win.svc.bat script which is calling livesiteService.exe, the service get created perfectly and it starts fine the first time. If I stop the service and try to restart, it won't start at all.

I am getting the following error:
Windows could not start the iwlsruntime service on NCRD.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

Any idea ?

Problem solved, the issue is with the LivesiteService.exe which is actually a renamed javaservice.exe and the version bundled with LSDS 7.3.2 is 32 bit. I am running under a 64bit windows server 2008.

So downloading the latest javaservice.exe solved my problem!

I have the same problem. Where did you download this 64 bit javaservice?
I have downloaded a version from http://forge.ow2.org/projects/javaservice/
but after I install the service and try to run it. It give me the following error.
Some Services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services.

Could you maybe help me?

I have the EXACT same issue.. I just installed LSDS and installed the service and I get the same error message.. did you ever find the fix??

You'll probably have better luck using the service wrapper for your particular app container. E.g. if you're using JBoss, create the service using tomcat6w.exe.
