OpenDeploy 5.6

Hi ,

I had OD5.6 and i added a user under od-user.uid file and was about to login as user level access to opendeploy.but i could not be able to login i am getting authentication failures.

Can anyone help me on this.

Other than the obvious "are you sure you're entering the correct password?" - I'm not sure what would cause this - is this on a system where the AdminServer is using TeamSite OpenAPI - or is this on a standalone system using OpenDeploy's OpServer? (also what platform is the AdminServer/OpServer/OpenAPI server) running on?

If using with TeamSite - what version of TeamSite (including patches, service packs)?

I just tried this on my W2K system with TeamSite 5.5.2 SP2 + patches and OpenDeploy 5.6 and was able to login immediately after saving the roles files (IWHOME/conf/roles/od-user.uid)

Try restarting the OD service after adding user to the od-user file.
