Report Center ,Not able to get Data for OOB REports

Hi ,

We have installed teh Report Center along with Teamsite 7.3.2, While I navigate to the Reports UI ,and Try to Run any Out of tghe box Reports ,From the Quick Reports Menu, Report is generating with No data.
This is happening for all of the 10 OOB Reports.

Please help me ,if we need any configuration to be enabled ,to fetch the Data.

This may be a silly question - but is this a brand new installation?
If so - there probably isn't any data to report on...
Otherwise it sounds like a disconnect between where you event subsystem is logging data and where the report center is looking for it.

(NOTE: I have never used ReportCenter - so don't ask me for more information about it)

Hi ,

Yes this is a new installation, but there is certailny some data ,for workflows,
assets etc. so this is not data problem. I want to know ,is there any configuration required before we run the OOB reports.

Silly question, but is the report center enabled in your iw.cfg file? I know that the older version of TeamSite uses Crystal Report for the reporting, but have gone to use a third party call Jasper to do their reporting. Basic reporting will give you a sample report, but you'll need the advance reporting module for more customized reports.

This might look Silly ,but you did not answer this. yes it is enabled in iw.cfg.
