Not able to get the results from DebugPanel from LSCS Runtime

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with LSCS in runtime.

After a successful deployment of DCR's using PLC workflow from Authoring to runtime , I am not able to see the results from Debug Panel in runtime.

Environment:

Windows Server 2012 , TeamSite 7.4.1 .

I did confirm from LSDS (New DCR's are deployed ) as well as from the LSCSRT-Store (idx and DCR's are present) , there seems to be not problem in deploying and indexing.

Can anyone please let me know , how can i troubleshoot why the query from debugpannel doesn't show me the results (to query from the IDX) ?. is there any configuration i should check in DIH/DAH/IDOL side ?

What projects are listed in debug panel? If you use a query of * for your project what do you get?

Hi,

I have one project displayed correctly under http://hostname:1876/lscs/v1/projects.

For * i get 55 results, but these are older results, I am not able to see for new contents.

Check the OpenDeploy adapter files, just make certain you are deploying where you think you are

adp.lscs-import.teamsite-areadiff-some-random-stuff-localhost.to.localhost.log

Look for:

2015-07-17 08:32:29,933 DEBUG url=http://myhostname.mydomain.com:1876/lscs/v1/import/

And there is no error after that?

If that is all correct, then you need to work with support and likely look in the DB and see what is happening.

I checked in the adp.lscs-import.teamsite-areadiff-XXXXX.log and i found not errros.
