TeamSiteRuntime

I am in process of migration our TS server from another DataCenter, now once we installed and configured we found the we ware not able to see the priview, rest all working fine.

So i uninstalled the TS and reinstalled on the same server, but now it says , not able to run the TS runtime env.

and says to run the script manulay,

and when i run it; bellwo is the eroor, plese help in this regards asap.

Your iwserver process isn't running [properly]. Check iwtrace.log and try restarting it.

After reinstalling, Did you migrate the contents ? or is the store with default and admin branch only ?.

If the store is with default branches,

1) Stop TeamSite server process

2) rename the iw-store to iw-store_old

3) Restart the iw.server process.

This would create the default branches with component-guide as well.
