https only works when browsing on server

I have been trying to get https set up on TeamSite for a few months now.  I can browse the my https site while on the server, but not from any other computer.  The server is not behind a firewall or F5.  I can get to the http site just fine, just not the https.  I've been working with HP support and they haven't been able to figure this out either.  I'm running on Windows 2008 server with firewall disabled.

Figured it out.

 

My iwwebd.conf was missing the following.

 

Listen 172.18.1.82:443

 

Once I added the above line to the the iwwebd.conf.template and restarted TeamSite I was able to get to the https URL from other computers.
