Datacapture form is empty when we do "New Form Entry"

We migrated the store from TS-6.7.2 to TS-7.5. The UI is up and I could able to navigate the directories which I migrated.

The problem is when I do "New Form Entry", it shows blank datacapture-form(attached) only header and footer is there. No input fields are rendered.

I tried with by creating new branch, workarea and created a new datacapture.cfg with only two fields.
Also tried by changing dtd6.0 to dtd5.0 in datacapture.cfg but it doesn't help.

Iam getting this below error in content_center.log

one thing. the teamsite url is not enabled out the server. still we are logging in to server through citrix and running "http:\\localhost\iw-cc". is this causing the issue?

Windows-2012 server
MS SQL2005

An image is not very helpful,. Attach your datacapture.cfg file and I'm sure someone will see the issue.

Citrix should be no problem Used that many times.

The Wizard error is also benign. I see that often.

Do any DCTs work? Check the OOTB ones.

No even OOTB is not working...

If no templates work then it is an environment issue. Tail the server.log or iwjboss.log when you try to open something and grab the error. Should be a stack trace. Likely incomplete webapp deployment

What browser is being used here? That can make a very large difference rendering things like DCRs. If you're using IE10 or IE11, check to make sure the compatibility mode is not turned on, nor is enterprise mode.

When I open a Administrator console in another tab in browser and back to the first tab (which I opened the contentcenter already) do the "New Form Entry" then datacapture form renders the elements with broken UI.

No Save, SaveAs, Generate menus in the new form or existing dcrs even I added in viewoptions in templating.cfg.

I thought it would be a permission issue and I created a new test store, still the issue exists in the new store.

In the metadata screen the UI is rendering prefectly.

Stil I have no idea what is breaking my datacapture form.

Is there a way to install the datacapture & formpublisher components alone.

we applied the patch also but no help. we reinstalled the entire teamsite then it worked. it seems there was an installation issue. Thanks all for your support for my queries.

It's really important to watch server.log and installer.log as you install - very carefully. The IW installer has historically been sketchy and if you don't see errors as they go by, you can waste a lot of time (and other's time here) by chasing ghosts. I've had to wipe and install multiple times on many occasions with various releases. Never assume an IW/HP install will always go smoothly.
