setEA command trigger

All,
I have read a previous post that states setEA is a trigger-able event in TS. According to the Command Line Tool Manual (TS 5.5.2 W2K) There is not trigger for setEA.

Does any one know how to trigger a script of setEA? Using iwat.exe?
