Preview not working in MediaBin

------------------------------------------

I am trying to preview a video uploaded in MB, it is not being played. Autonomy icon appears in top left corner and thats it. Depending on resolution for image or video, icon appears bigger or smaller.

Why is video or image not being previewed in MB UI ? Do I need to configure something in here ?

Thanks

Only supported Image and video formats will have the proper thumbnails.

Check the asset type metadata value of those files having generic logo. If the asset type is Non-Image, the file is not recognized by MediaBin.

Based on the file format, you have to check few things on MB server side.
