TS 7.5 Blank Page Issue

We installed TS 7.5 in Windows 2012. During the installation we didn't run into any issues but after the installation, DCR is not at all loading even for the very basic template. We see the blank screeen in the DCR window. If we navigate to Admin console and come back to CC Pro, we were able to open the DCR and see the contents but that too was not the complete one. i.e SAVE, PREVIEW and other buttons are missing in the DCR. We opened a case but still mo luck so far. Can you please advise if there is any fix for this issue?

This looks like the similar issue which from this post . have patience since you have already opened a ticket with support.

Enable the debuggers from the administration console and check for the trace in the logs. Do attach the error.

We have seen this sort of issue occur when using a non-supported version of your web browser. If you're using IE10 or IE11, make sure that enterprise mode is not on, make sure compatibility mode is not on. You can check both by hitting alt and clicking on the tools menu in IE.

If you're using Firefox, make sure the version is recent. I'd recommend at least FF35 or FF37.

You can turn on debuggers in the admin console under Logs, Set Servletd Loggers. These will usually appear in content_center.log.

It seems I've found the solution. In the German Cubase forum I came across some info. So I downloaded Microsoft's .Net framework 4.0 and updated my Radeon videocard's driver. Now I have graphics in Loopmash FX. I don't really know which one, but I guess the .Net thing did the trick.
