Env: Redhat Linux

After a server reboot, I am facing issue with iwutild services, in iwtrace.log I see the below error:

[Fri Aug 7 08:12:26 2015] Execution of command /usr/Interwoven/TeamSite/iw-perl/bin/iwperl failed (Error: 5000009) for user: tsadmin. Retried connect to utility daemon 3 times

these were working fine before the reboot.

I have tried configuring iwutild service run as non-root, I tried manually restarting utild, but the issue doesn't resolve.

Could anyone share any pointers or previous experiences if you had, to resolve this kind of issue?

I have also attached my logs and iwutild config file here.

I have checked that thread its related to Soalris; I have opened a ticket with HP as well.

I know - you may need some similar libraries that are Linux specific. That's why I said it might be a lead. This is what I get when I try to help...

If you are going to post a log, post somethign that is helpful and not a 340M log that repeats an error that your perl script is writing on a closed socket.

Can you find the util.log ?

@nipper - I dont have any errors logged in iwutild.log, I see this in the log

How is perl? Read that error literally.

When I run the commands being tsadmin, here is the output I get

Hi,

we have the exact same problem. It was working 2 days ago since months without problem. A restart has been done on the night of the 16th and then the workflow doesn't execute any perl script anymore. We have the following messages, can you please help us figure out what is going on? You seem to have the same problem but you didn't mentioned what resolved it.

yes we did all that. We have received the solution from HP. The problem was with a recent installation of OpenSSL security update version

openssl-0.9.8e-36.el5_11

This is incompatible with the utild. So we had to change a value in the config file of the certificate, regenerate the certificate and restart teamsite. It did fix the problem
