Impressions with TeamSite

I was just curious what impressions people have of TeamSite and its suite of products. Good experiences? Bad experiences? Easy to use? Hard to use?

With all the TeamSite installations out there and users who post here, I figure we can gather a good overall impression.

Hi Bryan,
seems like the impressions are too overwhelming to be described!;-) I've been waiting for people to post their opinions here, but perhaps I should start with myself.

We're still on TS version 4.5.1 (Solaris). Our users are not extremely happy about using TeamSite. In my opinion one of the main reasons is that the project team went for too complex workflows. Most of the users had no experience in Web publishing and since they used the tool perhaps once a month, they forgot how to use it. There are manuals, of course, but somehow nobody reads them!

I hope to get some goodwill back after the upgrade, but the whole publishing process has been centralized, meaning most of the content gets created and published by a team of "profi" Web publishers.

To mention some positive things, the server stability has been excellent all the time! Also, the IW support is great and the devnet site is very useful for me!

I hope more people will post their opinions here, though!
