Hi ,

i Am using Teamsite 7.4.1 in windows server 2012 R2. it was working fine early. suddenly i am getting 404 JBOSS error on Browser. when i am tring to do the iwreset -a in cmd prompt i am getting ERROR:5000013: Unable to establish connection with server error. please advise me to solve this. and non of the logs are getting update. even i tried .\iwserver.exe e:\iw-store this is also not working. please help me to sorted out this. thanks in advase.

Contact Support - TeamSite and W2K12 are known to have issues working together.

First try restart the Interwoven services in order. If still not working try restaert the server.

Thanks for your reply. but all this i had tried. i am not able to do any of the TS commands. i am getting the following error. and I restarted the server and tried no use.

Few more things things to check.

1) is there enough space to write logs

2) is there permissions to write into windows log ,for system / application log which you see in event viewer.

From that log, it appears that iwserver is down.

Open windows explorer, is the Y: drive there ?

iwerset is unable to connect to the server. Since it is running, were there any networking changes made recently?

Try the following:

Stop the service if it’s running, start iwserver.exe from a command line, kill the process, remove any lock files that would prevent a clean restart, start the service normally, and then restart the UI.

Here’s a sample script that does all of this:

net stop iwserver

start /b iwserver.exe E:\iw-store

taskkill /F /IM iwserver.exe

del E:\iw-store\TSRunning

del E:\iw-store\default\LOCK*

del E:\iw-store\iwadmin\LOCK*

del E:\iw-store\workflow\LOCK*

net start iwserver

iwreset –ui

There will be a fix for this Windows 2012 issue in the upcoming patch releases for 7.4.1.3, 8.0.1, and a patch on top of 7.5.0.1, tentatively. Your Account Representative could provide further details about these patches.
